Lorelai Couture Cancellation and Refund Policy

At Lorelai, we strive to ensure that your shopping experience is as enjoyable and seamless as possible. However, we understand that sometimes circumstances may change, and you may need to cancel an order or request a refund. Please review our cancellation and refund policies below.

1. Order Cancellation

1.1. Cancellation by Customer:

  • Before Shipping: If you wish to cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible at lorelaicouture@gmail.com If your order has not yet been shipped, we will process the cancellation and issue a full refund to your original payment method.

  • After Shipping: If your order has already been shipped, it cannot be canceled. However, you may return the item following our return policy once it has been delivered.

1.2. Cancellation by Lorelai:

  • Unforeseen Circumstances: Lorelai Couture reserves the right to cancel any order due to unforeseen circumstances, such as stock unavailability, payment issues, or shipping restrictions. If we cancel your order, we will notify you promptly and issue a full refund to your original payment method.

2. Refund Policy

2.1. Eligibility for Refund:

  • Returns: Items must be returned within 10 days of PURCHASE to be eligible for a refund. Returned items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition with tags attached.

  • Non-Refundable Items: Sale items, custom orders, and gift cards are final sale and cannot be refunded.

2.2. Refund Process:

  • Initiating a Return: To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team at lorelaicouture@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return. We will provide you with return instructions and a return authorization number.

  • Shipping: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance, as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

  • Inspection: Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

  • Refund Issuance: If your return is approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.

2.3. Late or Missing Refunds:

  • Processing Time: If you have not received your refund within 10 business days, please check your bank account or contact your credit card company, as it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

3. Exchanges

3.1. Exchange Process:

  • We offer exchanges for different sizes or colors of the same item. If you wish to exchange for a different product, please return the original item and place a new order.

  • To initiate an exchange, contact our customer service team at lorelaicouture@gmail.com with your order number and desired exchange details.

4. Damaged or Defective Items

4.1. Inspection: If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately at lorelaicouture@gmail.com with your order number and a description of the issue.

4.2. Resolution: We will work with you to resolve the issue promptly, either by offering a replacement, issuing a refund, or providing store credit.
