• Express Enchantment (Expedited Shipping): Delivery within 4-5 business days.

Return and Exchange Policy

• Return Window: Returns are accepted within 8 days of purchase.

• Condition: Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition with tags attached.

• Process: To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team at lorelaicouture@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return.

• Exchanges: We offer exchanges for different sizes or colours of the same item. If you wish to exchange for a different product, please return the original item and place a new order.

• Refunds: Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 5-7 business days after we receive the returned item.
